Some users were experiencing some issues trying to access PracticePanther earlier this morning. Our technicians were able to locate the problem and resume normal operations at 8:40am EST.
PracticePanther data center is hosted with Microsoft Azure. Every morning the data center scales up and adds additional servers to accommodate peak day-time traffic. For some reason this morning the operation failed due to reasons beyond PracticePanther's control. We are working together with Microsoft engineers to find the issue and make sure this does not happen again.
