Around 1:45 PM EST on February 6th, LawPay experienced technical difficulties that impacted the payment plan integration with PracticePanther.

One-time payments were not affected and were processed normally.

Payment plans that were scheduled to process between the hours of 1:45 PM and 5:00 PM EST on February 6 were not automatically processed and would need to be done manually as a one-time payment. Payment plans that have a scheduled payment within that time frame will have the status of "Paused" or "Hanging" next to the payment.
